Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and support platforms in a professional and timely manner Investigate and resolve customer issues relating to products, services, and data discrepancies Use SQL queries to analyse and troubleshoot customer-reported concerns Communicate technical findings clearly to customers and internal teams Escalate complex issues to relevant technical stakeholders when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions Perform data validation and analysis to identify inconsistencies and errors Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant qualification or certification in IT, Customer Service, Data Analytics, or a related field advantageous 1-2 years' experience in a customer support, service desk, helpdesk, or customer-facing role Exposure to technical support environments will be beneficial Intermediate SQL knowledge, including writing queries and investigating data issues Understanding of relational database concepts Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong customer service orientation and professionalism Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is advantageousExposure to software or SaaS environments beneficial High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively within a team environment Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills Apply now!
