JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose: To render an after-sales support service to current and new customers.

Minimum Qualifications: Certificate: Diesel Mechanic OR Certificate: Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic OR Auto Electrician OR Higher Certificate: Marketing and Sales

Minimum Experience: Mining equipment or mining industry: 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia:
Support
Assist with mechanical, technical and operational issues relating to Hitachi products.
Ensure customers use HCMSA parts and service.
Inform customers of all customer support services (i.e. warranty parameters, daily inspections, service periods and relevant contact numbers).
Ensure machine handovers run smoothly.
Compile report after oil sample check, generate quote and ensure customers receive feedback.
Excessive traveling.
Reporting, data analysis and invoice tracking.
