SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced and passionate Customer Support/Service Delivery Manager who excels at driving and inspiring high performing technical teams to ensure top quality product/customer support for software solutions companies?

POSITION INFO:

I’m looking for candidates that have:
·         A B Com or similar relevant degree
·         Minimum 3-4 years’ management experience looking after high performing technical customer and product support teams
·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer and Product Support/Service Delivery roles within software/IT/systems/technical environments
·         At least 5 years’ experience in ERP systems
