SUMMARY:
Well known financial service company based in Randburg is looking for a vibrant Customer Team Leader in the Call Centre Department. The purpose of the position is to train, manage, motivate, and lead a call center team. Also to assist with customer queries and more.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
2+ Years Team Leader experience in a Call Centre department
Ability to lead team members
Experience doing customer satisfaction calls and handling customer complaints
Experience in financial services will be an advantage
