Cyber Security Consultant required to join an IT Services company on a 6 month contract, outside IR35, offering a rate of £375-£400 per day. This role is also offering hybrid working and will require you to visit the Edinburgh office once or twice a week.
This contract will see you join the company during a very exciting period of growth as the enjoy multiple big contract wins and continue to expand their client list! You and your team will be responsible for working closely with clients to help develop and improve their IT security measures and capabilities. You will be on hand to assess a client's current IT network and look for areas of potential vulnerability and provide advice on best practices going forward.
For this role you will come from a strong IT security background and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding on technical areas such as, intrusion detection, threat response, and any cloud security experience. You will also have excellent communication skills and experience of working within a client facing role.
Key Skills and Experiences:
** Strong IT Security background
** Knowledge on a range of technical areas such as intrusion detection & threat response
** Cloud Security experience with either Azure or AWS
** Solid communication skills
