A reputable concern in the advisory and assurance space is looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to join their team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking project planning, execution and management of IT security reviews, cyber security advisory, IT General Controls and IT Application Controls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and performing security configuration reviews on network devices, databases and operating systems as well as provide penetration testing. The successful candidate will also manage and lead a team of cyber security professionals.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BComm Information Systems/Financial Information Systems
Completed CISA/CISM/CEH/CPTE

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 4 years’ experience in IT Audit at a managerial level
Experience with cybersecurity, network vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and infrastructure reviews is preferred
Experience in application controls, general controls, and data analytics
Working knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
Knowledge of IT risk identification and assessment
Working knowledge and experience of IT governance frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
