D365 Solutions Architect

SUMMARY:
We are looking to appoint a Microsoft CRM Dynamics Solutions Architect to work alongside our feature teams with our clients in delivering expert solutioning and services related to the D365 platform.
 
This is a Permanent/Full Time vacancy that offers remote work benefits, however, we do need the skills to be based in Gauteng as clients may from time to time require onsite visits.

POSITION INFO:

Microsoft CRM Solutions Architect
 
We are looking to appoint a Microsoft CRM Dynamics Solutions Architect to work alongside our feature teams with our clients in delivering expert solutioning and services related to the D365 platform.
 
This is a Permanent/Full Time vacancy that offers remote work benefits, however, we do need the skills to be based in Gauteng as clients may from time to time require onsite visits.
 
Responsibilities:

• To provide leadership and technical guidance to the iOCO project teams throughout various client implementations to ensure accurate and consistent delivery of project plans. 
• Working very closely within our project teams, development teams and external partners to build and drive scalable Enterprise Solutions within the CRM Dynamics space.
• To assist the Functional Consultants and Developers with requirements gathering.
• Driving discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present technical visions and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
• To participates with various implementation delivery teams to develop solution proposals.
• To provide enterprise architecture with D365 and integrations with 3rd party software packages where applicable.
• To execute upgrades and to assist with environment migrations for D365.
• To participate in implementation, customization, and configuration for D365 solutions.

• 5 years of hands-on experience and deep technical/functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 (preferable in a consulting environment)
• D365 integrations
• Experience across Power Automate, Power Apps and Azure Services
• Azure DevOps, LCS, CI/CD
• Proven track record in creating solutions and solving complex business challenges.
• Experience in Software Development such as .Net and C#.

• Must be a clear methodical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-managing and takes the initiative to resolve issues.
