DAIRY FACTORY MANAGER

SUMMARY:

East London – EC:  Our client requires an experienced candidate in overseeing production process from raw milk to finished product, always maintaining quality to join their team

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Diploma/Degree
• Min of 3 years’ experience in similar position/role
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Proven ability to manage/maintain systems
• Previous HR and labour experience highly advantageous
• Appreciates attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in overseeing production process from raw milk to finished product, always maintaining quality.
• Experience with - staff training / manage package levels / manage stock levels / manage staff, including disciplinary process and leave planning / stock control during production phase and other ..
