JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking to appoint a Research Supervisors for the Academic Research Department. As a research supervisor, you are a senior partner in the supervision relationship and are expected to take responsibility for actively driving the thesis process by using proactive motivational techniques and providing relevant support services to keep your allocated students on track.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the research and supervisory functions
Research Supervision of students who are writing their thesis to be submitted as part of the requirements of their Doctor of Business Management qualification (hereinafter referred to as the DBM qualification)
Assisting students as per the direction of the Head of Department: Academic Research
Contributing to the academic brand and footprint in the market by contributing to thought leadership initiatives as and when required
Ensuring student experience efficacy
Ensuring the quality delivery of duties as per the supervisor’s contract

Experience

A doctoral educational qualification
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven track record in a similar role
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
