JOB DESCRIPTION:

DEBTORS CLERKS wanted to start immediately.

Min 3-5 years experience as follows:

Load new customers onto system
Review customers for customer statements
Sort out Queries
Supply Credit Memo for customers
Process Invoices
Match open Customers Account
Phone customers for outstanding payments
General Ledger
Detailed Ledger
Age Analysis for outstanding payment
Make sure Bank Reconciliation Balance
Process Journals & customer Journals
Capture cash books
Send out Statements Monthly
Allocate Customers payments
Petty cash Load onto Cashbook
