An exciting opportunity is available for a Legal Secretary – Deceased Estates with a dynamic legal firm in Paarl. The successful candidate will be handling deceased estates.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric essential
Legal secretary / paralegal qualification advantageous
5+ years deceased estate administration and general administration experience essential
Able to work independently (but similarly be able to follow and carry out instructions)
Attention to detail and quality focused
Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and high volume environment
