POSITION INFO:
A well-established dental practice in Glen Marais, Kempton Park is seeking a Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexibility, strong commission-earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Details:
- Permanent position
- Position available from March 2026
- Location: Glen Marais, Kempton Park
Working Hours:
- ± 140 – 160 hours per month
- Flexible working hours
- Some Saturday shifts (rotational basis)
Remuneration:
- Commission-based: 33% – 50% of turnover
- Get commission on ALL patients, whether account is paid or not
- No bad debts deducted, minimising financial risk
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ private practice experience
- HPCSA registration (must be up to date)
- Malpractice/indemnity insurance must be in place
Practice & Support:
- Dental Assistant will be provided
- Dentists manage their own billing
- Practice management system: GoodX
