A well-established private dental practice in Glen Marais, Kempton Park , is looking to appoint an experienced HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician seeking a flexible work schedule, a supportive practice environment, and an attractive commission-based remuneration structure. Position Summary Permanent opportunity Immediate start available Location: Glen Marais, Kempton Park, Gauteng Approximately 140–160 working hours per month Flexible working hours Rotational Saturday shifts Compensation Commission-based remuneration of 33%–50% of turnover Commission earned on all patients treated , regardless of whether patient accounts have been paid No deductions for bad debts Requirements Current HPCSA registration Minimum of 1–2 years' private practice experience (essential) Valid malpractice\/professional indemnity insurance Excellent clinical skills and a patient-focused approach Practice Information Dedicated Dental Assistant provided Dentists manage their own billing GoodX practice management software How to Apply: Interested and suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply online with their updated CV.
