A prestigious Dental Practice in Rosebank, Johannesburg, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dentist to join their dynamic team. This luxury, digital-forward practice specialises in advanced techniques such as Digital Smile Design (DSD), implants, and Invisalign, offering the ideal environment for a professional looking to enhance their career in a cutting-edge setting.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Studies (e.g., BDS or BChD)
• Licensure: Valid dental license registered with HPCSA and current malpractice insurance
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in private practice, demonstrating competence in independently managing core treatments
• Skills: Active listening, effective communication, initiative, continuous improvement, ownership, and adaptability to new technologies
• Assessment: Willingness to undertake a practical assessment if required

Computer Proficiency:

• Digital Patient Management Systems: Ability to manage patient records and appointments digitally
• Invisalign Software: Familiarity with Invisalign treatment software
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

Additional Information:

• Training: Provided for specific software and techniques, including Digital Smile Design

General & Advanced Dental Procedures:

• Examinations and diagnoses
• Cleanings and preventive care
• Fillings
• Extractions, including wisdom teeth
• Crowns and bridges
• Implants and restorative procedures

Please note: Root canals are not performed at this practice.

Remuneration: Commission-based (45% less VAT and certain costs)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm & Saturdays: 8 am to 12:30 pm
