DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST for a large organization. Position based in Johannesburg area, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

BSc / BSc Engineering (Industrial), BSc (Comp Science) or BCom (Informatics) Degree.

3 years’ work experience in the retail or financial industry.

5 years business analysis / business consulting experience.

Lean and / or six sigma experience and accreditation advantageous.

Person will be required to facilitate the full lifecycle of a strategic project via the company’s transition value chain.

Initiate and execute project establishment initiation activities.

Gather and document business requirements.

Analyse and document the changes required in system architecture.

Ensure that the solution is tested and validated against the business requirements.

Implement the solution and conduct a handover to operations.

Manage the project through its lifecycle.

Effective self-management and teamwork.
