POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Minimum of 4 years’ proven work experience in Insurance
RE5 (desirable)
Appoint & manage a team of selected Sales managers
Plan and execute marketing strategies
Render services timeously, having due regard to the nature of such services, ensuring no breaches or failures to comply with any law, including FAIS, the Long-Term Insurance Act and any applicable data privacy legislation
Manage daily business operations
Debt Control
Compile weekly reports
