JOB DESCRIPTION:

EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DSP Engineer
Pretoria East

Minimum Requirements:

B. Eng. (Electronic Engineering) or BEng/BSc (Computer Engineering)
0-5 years of working experience in software development in a professional capacity

Desired Skills:

Developing embedded applications with C++
Code Composer (TI) stack.
Waveform design, modulation techniques, error correction etc
DSP development processes and tools
FPGA Firmware development, VHDL Quartus and the ModelSim Toolchain.

Responsibilities:

Implementation, verification and optimisation of waveforms.
Development of digital communication software components.
Developing software
Application of DSP techniques (modulation and synchronisation).
