SUMMARY:
Are you serious about a long‑term career in farming and ready to learn from the ground up? Our intensive student programme offers hands‑on experience on working dairy farms, with real responsibility and strong mentorship.

Who we’re looking for

We are ONLY considering candidates who meet these criteria:

• Currently studying towards, or already completed, a recognised agriculture diploma or degree (no other fields will be considered).
• Passionate about hands‑on farming and eager to build a career in dairy farming.
• Willing to start at the bottom, do physical farm work, get your hands dirty and work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Serious about learning, open to feedback, and able to handle a tough, demanding programme.
• Strong team players who can communicate well and respect colleagues at all levels.
• Proven determination and resilience (e.g. leadership roles, sport, SRC, residence committees, community projects or work experience).

What the programme offers

• Structured, on‑farm practical experience in dairy  operations.
• Exposure to daily routines, animal care, production, hygiene, record‑keeping and farm management practices.
• Coaching and feedback from experienced farm managers.
• Opportunities to demonstrate leadership, initiative and problem‑solving in a real farming environment.
• For top performers, potential consideration for longer‑term career opportunities within our group (not guaranteed).

What to expect

This programme is demanding, physically and mentally. It is not for people who want an office job or are unsure about agriculture as a career. We are looking for graduates and students who know this is the industry they want to be in, who will pitch in wherever needed and grow through the challenges.
