SUMMARY:
Our client in mining sector is looking for a Data Access Protocol Coordinator with +2 years experience in handling of data access requests, maintaining SharePoint repositories, and previous experience in divestments and demergers.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric & relevant certifications /Diploma
SharePoint certification
2 years experience in handling of data access requests
2 years experience in managing SharePoint sites and document libraries.
Experience divestments and demergers

Overall responsibilites

Monitor and manage incoming emails to specific DAP-related mailboxes.
Triage, log, and escalate data access requests in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain and update SharePoint sites and document libraries relevant to the Separation Programme.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
Track and report on mailbox activity and request statuses.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to data access and separation activities.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
