SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about turning complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making? We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing, tech-driven organisation working at the intersection of logistics, operations, and cloud-based technology.

POSITION INFO:
As part of the analytics and reporting team, you’ll play a key role in building data solutions that support multiple departments – from operations to marketing, finance, and innovation. If you’re curious, collaborative, and love solving problems with data, then this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

Data Management:
- Design and maintain relational databases or SQL data warehouses.
- Ingest, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, or R.
Analytics:
- Perform statistical modelling, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to uncover trends and guide business decisions.
Reporting & Visualisation:
- Build interactive dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Automate reports and present insights in a compelling, visual format.
Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance, optimise processes, and deliver actionable insights.
Governance:
- Ensure data integrity through validation checks and maintain clear documentation of data sources and methodologies.

What You’ll Bring:

A Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R, with experience in data warehousing and ETL pipelines.
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
2–4 years of relevant experience (or 1+ year with a demonstrable portfolio for early-career applicants).
Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
