The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making, create new products and enhance our overall business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets related to customer behavior, sales, product, and website performance.
• Utilise advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights.

• Experience working with Google Analytics 4
• Experience with Google Tag Manager beneficial
• Experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok etc.

• Demonstrated experience conducting user research in the form of qualitative analysis
• User interview experience beneficial
• User experience research

• Proficiently work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve overall business strategies.

• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools such as Google Data Studio and/or Looker BI.
• Ensure the accessibility and usability of dashboards for stakeholders.

• Implement and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies and discrepancies.

• Develop forecasting models to predict trends and customer behaviors.
• Implement predictive modeling techniques to enhance decision-making processes.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer acquisition, and website performance.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on data-driven insights.

• Forming hypothesis
• Developing experimentation roadmaps
• Conducting experiments

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
• Proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Create and test hypotheses for implementation within each of the core business domains across our e-commerce platform

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the e-commerce industry.

• Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform tools and services.

• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
