Key Responsibilities: Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and reporting frameworks Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity Support data governance initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices where applicable Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, IT, and Business Leadership Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Data Science, or a related field Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role Advanced proficiency in SQL and database querying Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualisation platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets to drive business outcomes Experience engaging with stakeholders and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Apply now!
