POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Use programming skills to analyse that data, and then use communication skills to report their results to a larger audience;
Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources;
using advanced computerised models to extract the data needed;
removing corrupted data;
performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data;
performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data;
performing final analysis to provide additional data screening; and
preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, IT or Science

Experience:

3 years relevant Data Analytics Experience is required.
Experience in Banks, Specialist software development companies, Consultancies, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturers would be beneficial
Advanced experience in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel
SQL / R or Python-Statistical Programming
SAS Miner /SAS Base
