JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Matric
Relevant Degree/Diploma

Job Requirements:

Experience in Acquisition, Engagement & Retention Analysis.
Understanding Key drivers of Churn, engagement & activation.
Use of analytical tools such as Amplitude or training others to carry out their own analysis.
Built hypotheses & test them through Data Investigations & Clearly present back findings and recommendations.
Knowledge of SQL, ideally Python Blueshift is a plus.
Enjoy working collaboratively with a desire to contribute to culture.

KPA’s:

Deliver insight and analysis
Drive strategy and key decision-making
Interact with international stakeholders
Build strategic roadmaps and measurements, and track improvements
Involved in projects covering marketing, product, fraud and commercial analytics
Understand the potential business impact of initiatives
Proving the value of personalised landing pages to serve user intent, optimising conversion, and measuring the value
Clearly splitting our correlation and causation, highlighting potential bias on analysis within acquisition and the factors that can impact performance
Reviewing, testing, and optimising the registration funnel to minimise leakage
Capturing information around the users’ needs and jobs to be done
