JOB SUMMARY:
A renowned company that provides innovative financial services is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. The Data Analyst would read data and turn it into information which would offer ways to improve the running of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job description:
To plan, build, optimize and implement innovative quantitative analytical methodologies, procedures, products and advanced mathematical models that provide analytical support and interpret insights, to address business opportunities and problems and implement business strategy, with minimal guidance.

Skills:

C#/Java, .NET or VBA, Excel
Big data modelling
Python, SQL, MATLAB, SAS, S-PLUS or R (used for statistical analysis)
Credit-risk products
Financial modelling
Data visualisation and reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification - Relevant Degree in Maths, Stats, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Physics or Actuarial Science
Preferred Qualification - Honours Degree
