Duties:

Accessibility
Extract, analyse, interpret and present data to inform business decisions
Prepare reports and dashboards for management regarding trends, patterns and predictions
Identify process improvement opportunities

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
3 year Degree in relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Engineering

Experience:

2 -3 years proven working experience in data analysis
Microsoft Office Suite (Required: Excel, Access, Word; Advantageous: MS Automations)
Databases: MS Access; SQL Server (Preferable)
Website scripts: JSON, Javascript, XML
Data visualisation software: PowerBI
CRM systems: Bitrix (Preferable)

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to set and meet deadlines
Ability to work in high pressure situations
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong mathematical and numeracy skills
Excellent analytical skills – the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data
Problem-solving skills
Communication skills – ability to communicate complex ideas (written, verbal and visual)
Teamwork
