SUMMARY:
Are you a data analyst with intermediate exposure to the credit environment and IT Governance? Then we are looking for you!

POSITION INFO:

A leading commercial company is looking for a Data Analyst capable of turning data into information that can help improve the business and its functionality. The individual needs to have strong mathematical capabilities, thoroughly understand pattern and trend analysis of large and complex datasets, data visualization and the full retail SAP cycle.

Duties:

Interpret/analyse data and provide continuous reports using statistical methodology.
Filter and clean business data through system IT/information system reviews to identify and correct errors.
Develop innovative technical solutions to advise the business on potential business enhancement opportunities.
Root cause analysis
Stakeholder engagement and management.
Metadata translation into visual reports
Create and maintain databases, collection systems and analytics to peak efficiency and statistical quality.
Conduct full lifecycle analysis using audit and data reports.
Collaboration and engagement with business and IT to improve data analytics.
Action the correction of gaps discovered/identified in quality assurance and audit reports.
Effective communication to manage internal and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Degree in Quantitative field (Mathematics/Statistics, Finance/Economics, Engineering etc.)
Postgraduate degree – advantageous

Experience:

4 – 7 years’ experience in Data Analytics
SAS, AWS, SQL, Python and Tableau experience – essential
