We are looking for an experienced BI Architect & Technical Lead. The expectation on this candidate is to operate in a hybrid manner, unpacking the business problem and then developing the data models to support.
What is the role:
- A Data Architect is pivotal in creating blueprints for data management systems, designing integrated systems that store, organise, manage and protect vast data platforms.
- The Data Architect accepts overall responsibility for the design of the data platform, including the technical infrastructure, performance considerations, storage repository selections and organisation, data schemas and security constraints required to support the data ecosystem, as well as the development of best-practice standards, policies and procedures.

About you
- 5+ years BI architecture and technical lead experience
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders
- Confident in leading a technical team
- Highly proficient in SQL (both Oracle SQL and Hive SQL)
- Experience with big data (Hadoop) environments
- Excellent data modelling and analytical skills
- Telecommunications experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
