Essential Qualification:

Candidate must have Matric.
Pass the Layer Voice Analysis
Have no previous criminal charges or convictions

Preferred Qualification:

Grade 12 Certificate
Computer literate

Essential Experience:

Experience in capturing allocating a new claim instruction on Claim Management Systems

Key Accountabilities:

Capturing and Allocating a new claim instruction on Claim Management Systems
Request additional claim documents from Client if not received
Assist with daily administration of the Department

Personality and Attributes:

Self-started and detail orientated.Â
Client liaising.Â
Computer literate.
Ability to work remotely.Â

Other:

Work Environment:

Employee will be expected to work remotely from their own residence.Â Tools of trade will be supplied.

Physical Demands:

Long hours conducting data capturing â?? long hours sitting behind a desk.

Travel:

No travel will be required.
