Data Coordinator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Co-Ordinator to join a fast-growing B2B services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising CRM data, supporting sales campaigns with accurate contact information, and driving data-led strategies. They will work closely with the sales team to build targeted audiences and ensure the CRM system runs at peak accuracy.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring high levels of data quality, accuracy, and validity.
• Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and build custom contact datasets.
• Perform advanced Excel tasks, including formulas, functions, and data analysis.
• Identify and fix data errors, duplicates, and gaps to keep records clean and reliable.
• Support data-driven strategies by constructing datasets and reporting insights.

What We are Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and analysis).
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
