SUMMARY:
Data Lead Ops manager

POSITION INFO:

• At least 3 years work experience with a minimum of 2-year Management experience.
• Exposure to lead generation or affiliate marketing would be beneficial
• Exposure to SMS marketing would be beneficial
• Experience working with big data is essential
• Manage the data channel, making sure the required targets for the respective clients, monetizing the internal data and growing this business unit month on month.

• Interpret results of campaigns and optimize results
• Manage internal client relationships and requirements
• Manage provider relationships and source new suppliers where necessary
• Drive profits via collaboration with internal clients to obtain greater budget
• Provide Financial and management reports monthly for Exco
• Ensure that the channels systems (using a proprietary interface) are being utilized effectively and that efficiencies are developed and implemented
• Deliver ongoing insight reports – interpret, analyze and make decisions based on reports
• Drive new initiatives for the business unit – new data, new strategies, new suppliers, new ways of generating revenue, data quality
• Plan, organize and direct activities within this department
• Find partners to assist in machine learning and predictive analytics and managing / negotiating with these partners
• Assist with new marketing development & growth initiatives
