SUMMARY:
Data Lead Ops manager

POSITION INFO:

At least 3 years work experience with a minimum of 2-year Management experience.
Exposure to lead generation or affiliate marketing would be beneficial
Exposure to SMS marketing would be beneficial
Experience working with big data is essential
Manage the data channel, making sure the required targets for the respective clients, monetizing the internal data and growing this business unit month on month.

Interpret results of campaigns and optimize results
Manage internal client relationships and requirements
Manage provider relationships and source new suppliers where necessary
Drive profits via collaboration with internal clients to obtain greater budget
Provide Financial and management reports monthly for Exco
Ensure that the channels systems (using a proprietary interface) are being utilized effectively and that efficiencies are developed and implemented
Deliver ongoing insight reports – interpret, analyze and make decisions based on reports
Drive new initiatives for the business unit – new data, new strategies, new suppliers, new ways of generating revenue, data quality
Plan, organize and direct activities within this department
Find partners to assist in machine learning and predictive analytics and managing / negotiating with these partners
Assist with new marketing development & growth initiatives
