POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy
Champion data governance, compliance, and quality initiatives
Oversee data architecture, cataloging, and lifecycle management
Drive analytics use cases for support functions and integrate insights into business processes
Partner with IT to build scalable, compliant data infrastructure
Lead and develop a high-performing team

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science (Master’s preferred)

Experience:

8+ years in data, analytics, or technology roles, with at least 3 years in leadership
Proven success in bridging business and technology for enterprise-wide data delivery
Strong technical expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, and data integration platforms
In-depth knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks

Skills:

Advanced data architecture and analytics capabilities
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
