SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Do:

Develop and implement BI models to enhance decision-making.
Use Python & ML techniques to analyze big data and optimize business performance.
Build scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
Collaborate across teams to integrate data-driven insights.
Define best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance.
Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

What You Need:

5+ years of experience in data science, BI, or analytics.
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) & data visualization.
Experience with large datasets & databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery).
Strong statistical analysis, ML, and data modeling skills.
Leadership experience or a drive to build and lead a team.
Excellent communication skills to translate data into business impact.

Bonus Points for:

Experience in credit risk modeling & alternative credit scoring.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing & experimentation frameworks.
