SUMMARY:
You should be highly analytical with an expert level of analysis, mathematics, and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for machine learning and research and sharing insights with the broader CIB Data & Analytics team as well as business stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:

Preferred: Honours in Computer Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
Related Data Science Certifications
5 - 7 years in data science or data analytics experience
Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is an asset
Related Data Science Certifications

Development of machine learning algorithms (regression/classification/clustering) by leveraging existing information, external data, and other sources to extract insight and solve business problems
Development of predictive models to enhance customer, product, and colleague insights
Support the operational teams through transforming data into insights
Analyzing data, interpreting its trends, and validating the data.
Use a data-oriented approach to work with others in solving complex business problems around profitability, marketing, risk, and operational analysis
Data Manipulation, Analysis, and Data Extraction for Forecasting, Predicting, and Model Building.
