A data-rich company in Manchester are looking for a Data Scientist to join their team as they look to scale up with some exciting work on the horizon.

This company are an agile software house specialising in financial technology, and after some heavy investment now have the backing to build out the data side of the business, so are looking for a Data Scientist to join them on this journey.
The company have just brought in a Head of Data whose mission is to maximise the value and promise of data and make it universally available. This role is offering the chance to work in an established company with a start-up mentality, bringing ideas into a purely greenfield site.
The role:
As a Data Scientist you'll work as part of brand-new team, spearheading the development of innovative products which provide data driven solutions, solving real world problems for customers.
You're joining a business with a plethora of data and will be using it to create products from scratch. You'll be commercially minded with a big focus on delivery - bringing in your own ideas as well as adding to ones already in the pipeline. This role will suit someone that is capable of engaging with stakeholders throughout the business and tell a story with data.
You will have the chance to demonstrate your technical expertise with working knowledge a variety of complex machine learning techniques, such as NLP as well as advanced knowledge of Python, SQL and/or R.
Package
The company host flexible working practices, offering the option of working from home but also being able to go into the office as part of a collaborative culture with a true family feel. For someone at this level they're paying in a range of £50,000-£75,000, with annual and discretionary bonuses, paid for accreditations and a monthly down tools day.
