Data Scientist (Machine Learning)

POSITION INFO:

This Innovation Hub consists of a team of highly driven individuals focussing on bringing Machine Learning to life. The focus is on combining business acumen, mathematics, statistics and information technology to make sure their solutions reach production and provide real business value. As a member of the team, you will be expected to engage stakeholders, develop models and take them to production. For this you will need to have a university degree with no less than 3 years’ experience. You should have advanced SQL skills; Intermediate to advanced skills in either Python, Scala or R; have worked with data libraries such as H20, sklearn, MLlib or CARET; Advanced Excel; Advanced experience in data visualisation, and be experienced in using Infographic design for visualization. This role is based in Johannesburg but you will work remotely.
