Data Scientist / Statistician

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing smart solutions: Advise internal teams on the best methodologies to solve client challenges.
• Advanced statistical analysis: Use cutting-edge techniques to provide actionable insights, not just academic outputs.
• AI & machine learning: Apply AI and ML algorithms to streamline and enhance analytical workflows.

• Sample design & field coordination: Ensure that data is representative and collected with purpose.

• Post-graduate Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• 3–5+ years’ experience in statistical research and data analysis
• Proven ability to handle and interpret big data
• Advanced skills in SPSS, Python, SQL, or R
• Strong grasp of data governance, AI techniques (e.g., NLP, and deep learning), and ML frameworks
• Experience with dashboard development, automated reporting, and data visualisation
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Solution architecture experience
• Familiarity with research processes and survey methodologies
• Strong consultative mindset and project management skills
• Critical thinking and a bias for action
