SUMMARY:
We are seeking an entry level data specialist to provide technology and data support for a one-off project to consolidate and organize our physical and digital data sources. In this role, you will be responsible for collating and verifying data from multiple sources, assisting with the implementation of data hardware (paper) and software storage systems, creating a structure to manage such systems

POSITION INFO:

• Conducting a thorough data analysis information and storage systems
• Implementing a digital conversion program using existing IT tools/systems
• Interfacing with third party data archiving vendors
• Verifying and extracting data from hardcopy and other digital sources
• Importing and transferring data to a secure central database
• Defining a management system to store and access data and information going forward
• Performing data integrity and quality audits
• Creating and submitting data collation reports
• Troubleshooting information storage issues
• Training staff on data storage and retrieval processes
• Regular reporting directly to senior management
