As one of their go to Data Visualisation specialists you''ll be the expert when it comes to using a variety of tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense and you''ll be comfortable recommending the best tool for the job. As a Consultancy, they are very much technology agnostic - which means for you, the chance to play with loads of tools and tech.
The projects they are working on are super interesting and for the behind the scenes technical people, there is a lot of cutting edge stuff going on, but it always needs to be remembered, they are adding value to their client. This is why your role is so important, you need to be able to illustrate to the client what is going on in an easy to understand and visually appealing way.
There is still a lot of discussion about Post-Covid, but the nature of consultancy may mean travelling across the UK to see different clients, so this needs to be something that excites you, however the bulk of their clients are within the Edinburgh area.

You will be an experienced Data Visualisation Consultant, who ideally will have worked in a customer facing role or knows the impact of your work on a wider, non-technical audience. It is important that you have the confidence to be able to talk to stakeholders, so the ability to talk about tech in the simplest terms is essential - and listen to what they need, so you can get it right first time.
Your experience will include:
** Tableau/Power BI/QlikSense
** SQL
** Python
** Ideally you''ll have worked with a couple of Cloud providers - AWS, GCP, Azure

The salary is dependant on experience, which I appreciate is very annoying to read in job adverts. So let''s say between £45-80k depending if you are relatively new to the game or an experienced client facing consultant. They have a generous benefits package on top as well.
