JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking Datahub Specialist for a 12 month contract position.
The incumbent will be responsible for system performance optimization and solution implementation in order to ensure the required service level targets are met, and data integrity and software security is maintained

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1 - 2 years Oracle Golden gate (and related products) experience.
2 years Oracle or MSSQL DBA experience.
Working knowledge of GGSCI, GGCS, Golden Gate Microservices, Golden Gate Plug-ins, Golden Gate Directors and Cloud Console Services Golden Gate Architecture.
Working knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery and system infrastructure (Linux, Solaris, Windows).
Experience with 3 or more of the following technologies: Oracle Golden gate, Veridata, DIPC, GGCS, GG Directors,
GG Plug-ins, Cloud Infrastructure, Linux/Solaris/Windows.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Install and configure Oracle Golden-gate and associated products.
Performance tuning of replication process, including security and data integration.
Create and implement best-practice guidelines for monitoring and maintaining and implementation of Golden gate, Veridata and datahub processes, including documentation.
Provide technical support across all Golden gate environments, troubleshoot when outages occur (including after-hours) and recommend performance optimizations.
