POSITION INFO:

A well-established production bakery located in Edenvale is currently seeking a day shift Bakery Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years management experience, with a preference for experience in commercial and/or retail baking management. Candidates with experience in hospitality or foods wholesale management will also be considered. The primary responsibilities of the role will include quality control, quantity control, logistics management, stock control, and general administration. The ability to think quickly and work within strict guidelines is essential. Strong staff management & training skills are also required. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to manage the production process and organize general operations. Monday to Saturday. Salary R 17 – 20 K ctc. Contact / 0848459057.
