SUMMARY:
My client who is in the Engineering sector is currently looking for a seasoned Deal maker to join their dynamic team
POSITION INFO:
The Deal Maker will be responsible with originating, analysis, structuring, financial modelling and capital raising of infrastructure/ Project finance transaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and financial modelling of potential transactions.
- Identify all risks and define mitigation plans to minimise the risks
- Analysis of potential transactions and preparation of all documentation related to funding requirements.
- Review and support negotiations of legal terms and conditions for the transaction.
- Analysis of potential transaction tax structure and ensure that the transactions are tax efficient
- Develop possible funding solutions for the variety of transactions
- Assist with origination in all sectors and other countries when required.
Requirements:
- Bcom
- 5yrs deal origination experience
- 4 years infrastructure/ project finance experience
- 5 years industry operational experience
