SUMMARY:
Our client within the Engineering sector based in Centurion is currently seeking an ambitious individual to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the Role:

The Deal Maker will be responsible with originating, analysis, structuring, financial modelling and capital raising of infrastructure/ Project finance transaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and financial modelling of potential transactions.
• Identify all risks and define mitigation plans to minimise the risks
• Analysis of potential transactions and preparation of all documentation related to funding requirements.
• Review and support negotiations of legal terms and conditions for the transaction.
• Analysis of potential transaction tax structure and ensure that the transactions are tax efficient
• Develop possible funding solutions for the variety of transactions
• Assist with origination in all sectors and other countries when required.

Requirements:

• Bcom
• 5yrs deal origination experience
• 4 years infrastructure/ project finance experience
• 5 years industry operational experience
