JOB SUMMARY:
Earthmoving/Construction Machinery sales and marketing professional with minimum 5 years’ industry experience, required to expand and develop the equipment sales channel throughout the African territory to maintain and improve the market share. Position based in Boksburg.

Earthmoving/Construction Machinery sales and marketing professional with minimum 5 years’ industry experience, required to expand and develop the equipment sales channel throughout the African territory to maintain and improve the market share. Position based in Boksburg.

Minimum requirements:

Tertiary Sales and Marketing qualification (NQF7) required
Minimum 5 years’ relevant sales and marketing experience within the earthmoving/construction machinery industry essential
Proven record of establishing and enhancing sales channels throughout Africa required
Valid passport required
Valid driver’s license required
Clear criminal and credit record essential

Responsibilities:

Expand and develop a sustainable and successful equipment sales channel throughout Africa region
Dealer Development
Marketing – new business development, assist with product development, etc
Costing and Pricing
Equipment stock – analyse regional situation and meet market demands, manage stock, manage routine maintenance, manage and update dealer stock agreements and manage stock levels at dealer level
Special project management
Finance and administration – budgets, forecasts, planning, business plans, production allocations
