• Oversee the overall operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and administration.
• Drive new and used vehicle sales while ensuring profitability and market growth.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and dealership budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage dealership staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments.
• Maintain compliance with all OEM, legal, and corporate policies.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or in senior dealership management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational KPIs.
