POSITION INFO:

We are urgently looking for a Dealer Principal for our cliënt in the Automotive Industry.

You will shape the strategic positioning and development of the dealership that you represent. You will assume responsibility for the product range, the budget planning and the leading and steering of your management team and thus achieve the targets you set for the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for sales, turnover and results
• Development of the dealership by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies and driving the business
• Management and development of employees through disciplinary and functional guidance and target setting
• Representation of the dealership in general

• With several years of previous managerial experience, you will have good knowledge about the automotive industry.
