SUMMARY:
Dealer Principal - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

We are urgently looking for a Dealer Principal for our cliënt in the Automotive Industry.

You will shape the strategic positioning and development of the dealership that you represent. You will assume responsibility for the product range, the budget planning and the leading and steering of your management team and thus achieve the targets you set for the dealership.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for sales, turnover and results
Development of the dealership by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies and driving the business
Management and development of employees through disciplinary and functional guidance and target setting
Representation of the dealership in general

About you

Highly motivated
Goal oriented
Enjoy leading the sales and service team to success.
Good problem-solving skills
With several years of previous managerial experience, you will have good knowledge about the automotive industry.
Good communication skills
Creative and innovative
Ability to motivate your employees to achieve top performance.

Skills

Due to the challenging nature of the role prior Dealer Principal experience in the automotive sector is essential
Ability to evolve and adapt with changing business needs
Degree / Diploma a distinct advantage
