POSITION INFO:

We have a vacancy for a Dealer Principal for a vehicle dealership in Klerksdorp

Duties: Manage and oversee the entire dealership and all departments, including sales, parts, and service. Giving direction to all staff, Manage all aspects of the business by ensuring that targets are met, Bringing the dealership to profit by cutting expenses and increasing profits by increasing sales and workshop hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Dealer Principal / General manager at a vehicle dealership
• Experience with managing all areas of a dealership,
• Considerable experience in either sales, service or parts departments and with corporate brands like Renault, VW, Isuzu, etc.
• Excellent leadership abilities, communication skills, people skills
• Proven Track record of achieving targets and profits 
• Clear criminal record
