JOB SUMMARY:
Dealership Dealer Principal - East Rand, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to employ a experienced Dealer Principal for their Dealership in the East Rand, Gauteng.

Duties and Responsibilities includes (but not limited to):

Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage a effective and positive teamwork
Recruit and retain skilled staff
Monitor sales, workshop and parts departments and ensure profitability
Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards
Control cash flow, stock and assets
Ensure compliance and legislative changes
Business planning and cost savings initiative

Requirements:

Senior Certificate
Strong financial and business acumen
Previous Sales Management experience and current Dealer Principal experience in the Retail Motor Industry is required
