Dealership Debtors and Creditors Clerk (3 month contract) - East Rand, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a Debtors/Creditors clerk to join their team (3 month contract position).

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience working within a Automotive dealership will be advantageous
Strong administrative skills
Organized
Must be able to work under pressure
Take responsibility and initiative
Must be accurate
Excellent knowledge of Excel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Load daily payment requisitions
Analyse daily banking
Post debtors, creditors, bank charges and debit orders on bank statement daily
Follow up on unknown bank deposits
Check and process petty cash on a weekly basis
Process authorized creditors invoices and load payments at month end
