A large holding company, compromising of different specialized businesses is a Dealership Financial Manager to join their team with operations based in Johannesburg North.

Job & Company Description:
A large holding company, compromising of different specialized businesses is a Dealership Financial Manager to join their team with operations based in Johannesburg North.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Financial reporting, policies and procedures
Support to functional leaders with regards to finance
Development and maintenance of financial systems
Project budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow forecasting
Business analysis and monitoring
Management of finance and admin department
Cost analysis and planning

Education:
BCom in Accounting/Finance
CA(SA) designation will be beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:
8 to 10 years’ experience in a financial management and reporting role within the motor industry
Dealership experience will be preferable
Advanced MS Excel skills
Good relationship building skills
Strong reporting and analysis skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strategic thinker
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Deadline driven
Meticulous attention to detail
